Shipping Policy

We work with Canada Post for all of our shipping needs. Depending on your location and the shipping services you choose, shipping time can vary drastically. We use a calculated rate when shipping our products, this means that depending on the number of products you are purchasing and the total weight of your order, your shipping cost may change.

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us, and we will work on fulfilling your order immediately. You will then receive another confirmation e-mail from us when your order is shipped. Orders take around 1-2 business days to process, so if you place an order on a Friday, the order will not be shipped until the following Monday.

During holidays or times of high demand, your order may take longer than usual to process. Please bear with us as we are a small independent company, however we promise to fulfill your orders to the best of our abilities.
